Thechargetransferinefficiency(CTI)oftheX-rayCCDsaboardtheSuzakusatellite(X-rayImagingSpectrometers:XIS)hasincreasedsincethelaunchduetoradiationdamage,andtheenergyresolutionhasbeendegraded.ToimprovetheCTI,wehaveappliedaspaced-rowchargeinjection(SCI)techniquetotheXISinorbit;byinjectingchargesintoCCDrowsperiodically,theCTIisactivelydecreased.TheCTIintheSCImodedependsonthedistancebetweenasignalchargeandaprecedinginjectedrow,andthepulseheightshowsperiodicpositionalvariations.Usingin-flightdataofonboardcalibrationsourcesandofthestrongironlinefromthePerseusclusterofgalaxies,westudiedthevariationindetail.Wedevelopedanewmethodtocorrectthevariation.Byapplyingthenewmethod,theenergyresolution(FWHM)at5.9keVin2008Marchis$$sim$$155eVforthefront-illuminatedCCDsand$$sim$$175eVfortheback-illuminatedCCD.
