TheX-rayImagingSpectrometer(XIS)aboardtheSuzakusatelliteisanX-rayCCDcamerasystemthathassuperiorperformance,suchasalowbackground,highquantumefficiency,andgoodenergyresolutioninthe0.2a€“12keVband.Becauseofradiationdamageinorbit,however,thecharge-transferinefficiency(CTI)hasincreased,andhencetheenergyscaleandresolutionoftheXIShasbeendegradedsincethelaunchin2005July.TheCCDhasacharge-injectionstructure,andtheCTIofeachcolumnandthepulse-heightdependenceoftheCTIarepreciselymeasuredbyacheckerflagcharge-injection(CFCI)technique.OurpreciseCTIcorrectionimprovedtheenergyresolutionfrom230eVto190eVat5.9keVin2006December.ThispaperreportsonCTImeasurementswiththeCFCIexperimentsinorbit.UsingtheCFCIresults,wehaveimplementedthetime-dependentenergyscaleandresolutiontotheSuzakucalibrationdatabase.
