In the article efficiency of maintenance, forms and methods of development of interest is analyzed as a constituent of forming of physical culture of students of out-of-school educational establishments in the process of athletic-sporting work. Determination of concept of interest is given, the sequence of executions is exposed in the algorithm of forming of skill of implementation of physical exercise. The features of support of interest are exposed to athletic-sporting work. Certainly, that in an educational process during a capture new abilities and skills is needed optimum correlation of ?new? and ?old? irritants and it must be, on the average, from 5 to 11 percents.
