CygX-3isawell-knownmicroquasarwithabipolarrelativisticjet.Itsfamousgiantradiooutburstshavebeenrepeatedonceeveryseveralyears.However,thebehaviorofthemillimeter-waveemissionhasremainedunclearbecauseoflimitationsoftimeresolutioninpreviousobservations.WereporthereonmillimeterwaveobservationsofCygX-3experiencinggiantoutburstswithoneofthefinesttimeresolutions.Wehavefoundaseriesofshort-livedflareswithamplitudesof1a€“2Jyinthemillimeterlightcurveofthe2008Aprila€“Mayoutburst.Theyhaveflatspectraataround100GHz.Wehavealsofoundabruptandlargeamplitudefluxdensitychangeswith$$e$$-foldingtimeof3.6minorless.ThesourcesizeofCygX-3isconstrainedtowithin0.4AU,andthebrightnesstemperatureisestimatedtobe$$T_mathrm{B}$$$$gtrsim$$1$$ imes$$10$$^{11}$$K.
