WepresenttheresultsofaSuzakuobservationoftheradiohaloclusterAbell2319(A2319).Themetalabundanceinthecentralcoolregionisfoundtobehigherthanthesurroundingregion,whichwasnotresolvedinformerstudies.Weconfirmthattheline-of-sightvelocitiesoftheintraclustermediumintheobservedregionareconsistentwiththoseofthemembergalaxiesoftheentireA2319andA2319Asubgroupforthefirsttime,thoughnovelocitydifferencewithintheregionhasbeendetected.Ontheotherhand,wehavenotfoundanysignsofgasmotionrelevanttotheA2319Bsubgroup.HardX-rayemissionfromtheclusterhasclearlybeendetected,butitsspectrumislikelytobethermal.Assumingasimplesingle-temperaturemodelforthethermalcomponent,wefindthattheupperlimitofthenon-thermalinverseComptoncomponentbecomes2.6$$ imes$$10$$^{-11}$$ergs$$^{-1}$$cm$$^{-2}$$inthe10a€“40keVband,whichmeansthatthelowerlimitofthemagneticfieldis0.19$$mu$$Gwitharadiospectralindexof0.92.Althoughtheresultsslightlydependonthedetailedspectralmodeling,itisrobustthattheupperlimitofthepower-lawcomponentfluxandlowerlimitofthemagneticfieldstrengthbecome$$sim$$3$$ imes$$10$$^{-11}$$ergs$$^{-1}$$cm$$^{-2}$$and$$sim$$0.2$$mu$$G,respectively.Consideringthelackofasignificantamountofveryhot($$sim$$20keV)gasandthestrongbulkflowmotion,itismorelikelythattherelativisticnon-thermalelectronsresponsiblefortheradiohaloareacceleratedthroughintraclusterturbulenceratherthanshocks.
