Deep-holeblastingisanidealtechniquetoincreasepermeabilityofcoal-bedsandisappliedinmoreandmorehigh-gascoalminesinrecentyears,buttherearefewtheoreticstudiesonblastingincoal-beds.Basedontheparametersofspecialexplosivefordeep-holeblastandarrangementofblastboreholeandcontrolboreholes,themechanismofdeep-holeblastincoal-bedissimulatedandstudiedusingnumericalsimulationmethod.Thenumericalmodelforsimulatingcylindricalexplosiveblastisbuilt,andthedamagerangeincoal-bedandblastingstresswave'simpactoncoal-bedisstudied.Theresearchingresultsshowthatthemaximumdamageradiusis40cm,andeffectivegasdrainageradiusincreasestoalmost10m,andgasdrainageincreasingresultsincoal-bedwithin4maroundblastboreholearesignificant.Thedisplacementfieldofcontrolboreholesaresimulatedandstudied,andthesimulatedresultsisconsistentwithgasdrainagedataafterblast.Theresearchingresultsprovidetheoreticsupportforincreasingpermeabilityofsoftandloosecoal-bedsbydeep-holeblasttechnique.
