摘要

In this research, the fitness of Halsey, Henderson, Harkins-Jura, BET, Smith and Freundlich isotherm equations to moisture sorption data at 20, 25, 35, 50 and 70°C of K?r?k, Lancer, barley, rye, oat and corn were investigated. Isotherm equations, fitted quite well to obtained sorption data, were determined and parameter constants of the equations were calculated by regression using the lineer form of the isotherm equation. The best fitness was seen in Henderson equation as low fitness was seen for BET equation.
