摘要

Based on the actual needs of the Chinese nationalemergency rescue base in mining areas, and in order toeffectively carry out emergency rescue in coal mine disasters,this article studies the response process of emergency rescuein coal mines, the analysis and calculation methods requiredin the relief work for mine disasters, the functionalrequirements of the integrated command platform andrelationships between various subsystems. WebGIS isintroduced to the mine rescue and combined with theresponse process of emergency rescue to develop theintegrated command platform of emergency rescue in coalmines. At present, the system is successfully applied to theemergency rescue base in Kailuan (located in Tangshan,Hebei Province), and its operational results show that thesystem can effectively organize emergency rescue in minedisasters, and timely process the disaster data in order toprovide technical supports for emergency rescue.
