Objective: To study the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine hydrochloride injectioncombined with hydroxyethyl starch injection on serum BNP, Hcy, MMP-2, S100B protein andhemorheology in patients with acute cerebral watershed infarction. Methods: A total of 90patientswith acute cerebral watershed infarction in our hospital from August 2014 to December2016 were enrolled in this study. The subjects were divided into the control group (n=45) andthe treatment group (n=45) randomly. The control group was treated with hydroxyethyl starchinjection, the treatment group was treated withsalvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine hydrochlorideinjection combined with hydroxyethyl starch injection, and both the two groups were treatedfor 2 weeks. The serum BNP, Hcy, MMP-2, S100B protein and hemorheology of the twogroups before and after treatments were compared. Results: There were no significantlydifferences of the serum BNP, Hcy, MMP-2, S100B protein and hemorheology of the twogroups before treatment. The serum BNP, Hcy, MMP-2, S100B proteinlevels of the two groupsafter treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, and that of the treatment groupafter treatment were significantly lower than the control group. The PV, Lr, Mr, Hr and RE ofthe two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, and that of thetreatment group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion:Salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with hydroxyethylstarch injectioncan significantlyimprovetheneurological function and hemorheology, reduceinflammation of the patients with acute cerebral watershed infarction, and it was worthyclinical application.
机译:目的:研究丹参,盐酸川gust嗪联合羟乙基淀粉注射液对急性脑梗死患者血清BNP,Hcy,MMP-2,S100B蛋白及血液流变学的影响。方法:选择2014年8月至2016年12月在我院收治的90例急性脑分水岭患者。将受试者随机分为对照组(n = 45)和治疗组(n = 45)。对照组采用羟乙基淀粉注射液治疗,治疗组采用丹参,盐酸川gust嗪注射液联合羟乙基淀粉注射液治疗,两组均治疗2周。比较两组治疗前后的血清BNP,Hcy,MMP-2,S100B蛋白和血液流变学指标。结果:两组治疗前血清BNP,Hcy,MMP-2,S100B蛋白及血液流变学无明显差异。两组治疗后的血清BNP,Hcy,MMP-2,S100B蛋白水平明显低于治疗前,治疗后治疗组的血清BNP,Hcy,MMP-2,S100B蛋白水平明显低于对照组。两组治疗后的PV,Lr,Mr,Hr和RE均显着低于治疗前,治疗后的PV,Lr,Mr,Hr和RE均显着低于对照组。结论:丹参,盐酸川gust嗪注射液联合羟乙基淀粉注射液可显着改善脑电生理功能和血液流变学指标,减轻急性流域性脑梗死患者的炎症反应,值得临床应用。
