Objective: To analyze the curative effect of radiofrequency ablation of endomentrium(RFAE) for perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB). Methods: A total of 112patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided intoobservation group and control group, 56 cases in each group. Observation group of patientsreceived radiofrequency ablation of endomentrium, control group of patients received medicaltreatment, and the differences in menstruation-related indicators, serum hormone levels and soon were compared between two groups of patients after treatment. Results: Menstrual cycleand menstrual days of observation group after treatment were shorter than those of controlgroup, hemoglobin level was higher than that of control group, endometrial thickness was lessthan that of control group, and differences were statistically significant; serum E2 and P levelsof observation group were higher than those of control group, FSH and LH levels were lowerthan those of control group, and differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: RFTtreatment of DUB has remarkable efficacy and can greatly enhance the life quality withoutdamaging the ovarian function.
