Objective: To analyze the effect of cinepazide combined with mecobalamine on nerveconduction velocity, vibration perception threshold and serum indexes in patients with diabeticperipheral neuropathy. Methods: 90 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated inour hospital between March 2013 and March 2016 were selected and divided into observationgroup and control group (n=45) according to random number table, control group receivedmecobalamine treatment alone and observation group accepted the cinepazide combined withmecobalamine therapy. Differences in nerve conduction velocity, vibration perception thresholdas well as serum oxidative stress indexes and nerve injury marker molecules were comparedbetween two groups of patients 2 weeks after treatment. Results: 2 weeks after treatment,median nerve, ulnar nerve and peroneal nerve sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) andmotor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) levels of observation group were higher than thoseof control group (P0.05) while both lower extremities vibration perception threshold (VPT)levels were lower than those of control group (P0.05). Serum homocysteine (HCY), advancedglycosylation end products (AGEs), malondialdehyde (MDA), neuron-specific enolase (NSE),high mobility group B1 (HMGB1) and S100β content of observation group were lower thanthose of control group (P0.05) while reduced glutathione (GSH), superoxide dismutase (SOD),myelin basic protein (MBP) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) content were higherthan those of control group (P0.05). Conclusions: Cinepazide combined with mecobalaminecan reduce the nerve injury degree, improve nerve conduction and vibration perception andalleviate the oxidative stress degree in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
机译:目的:分析西那哌齐联合甲钴胺对糖尿病周围神经病患者神经传导速度,振动知觉阈值和血清指标的影响。方法:选择2013年3月至2016年3月在我院就诊的糖尿病周围神经病患者90例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组(n = 45),对照组单独接受甲钴胺治疗,观察组接受那巴肼联合甲钴胺治疗治疗。比较两组患者治疗2周后神经传导速度,振动知觉阈值,血清氧化应激指标和神经损伤标志物分子的差异。结果:治疗后2周,观察组中神经,尺神经和腓神经感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)和运动神经传导速度(MNCV)水平均高于对照组(P <0.05),而下肢的振动感知阈值(VPT)水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的血清高半胱氨酸(HCY),晚期糖基化终产物(AGEs),丙二醛(MDA),神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE),高迁移率B1组(HMGB1)和S100β含量均低于对照组(P <0.05)谷胱甘肽(GSH),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)和脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)含量降低,高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:Cinepazide联合甲钴胺可减轻糖尿病周围神经病患者的神经损伤程度,改善神经传导和振动知觉并减轻氧化应激程度。
