This paper introduces the design and implementation of a computer aided interpretation learning system. This system provides a way to simulate the real interpreting learning environment, and to enable students to carry out the hierarchical training to improve their interpreting skills. The system uses the advanced streaming media network recording technology, to meet the interpreting training spot and temporal characteristics, enhance the controllability of interpreting student’s autonomous learning, so as to ensure the interpreter self-training effect. With the development of economy, English as an international language, is used more frequently, English interpretation test as one of the shortage of personnel training projects of our country high-rise project, has attracted more and more attention, there are more and more people into the ranks of the interpretation test. However, due to the large gap between the learners themselves, and there is no unified teaching institutions, most students cannot get timely guidance, resulting in many problems. Based on this, this study from the concept of computer network technology and performance with the use of computer network and electronic performance support system, learning content, to provide interpretation in the process of learning exercises required resources, the most important thing is to improve the utilization of the knowledge base, the realization of expert system for timely guidance and advice for the wrong problem at least, the learners and the minimum external support investment, obtain higher learning performance, so as to enhance the learning effect. Based on the analysis of the electronic performance support system and English interpreting, interpreting construction of electronic performance support system model of system function, and the module contains a detailed design, in order to provide reference for the development of the late.
