摘要

Electric power demand is the barometer of economic development, the power demand of the pre - side of the power sector and related economic sectors of the work is of great significance. Total social electricity consumption is an important indicator of electricity demand, and the full power of the whole society in the pre, hoping to play a reference to the relevant departments. In order to forecast the electric power demand, in this paper, a novel T-FGSI(1,1)) model was established by minimum total residual sum of square. Data simulation shows the feasibility of the model.
