Recommendation engine has been applied in many fields to overcome the overload of information. The main task of our research is to construct a novel job recommendation engine for college graduates. Firstly, make a comprehensive investigation of three types of job recommendation engine in this paper. Especially, summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the job recommendation. Secondly, introduce persona technology and Apatch Storm platform into our research to implement a real-time job recommendation engine for college graduates. Finally, the result shows that the real-time job recommendation engine in our research has a perfect effect and performance and could be widely used in job-hunting websites.
