With the emergence of intelligent transportation enterprises as a new industry, technology has been gradually applied to the traffic field. Enterprises continue to be more specialized, and improving the management efficiency of intelligent transportation enterprises is very urgent Under such background, it is particularly important to realize people oriented management, promote the development of enterprise organization structure, and strengthen the management of self-leadership, which will improve human resource management performance of intelligent transportation enterprises. The role of self-leadership in improving the performance of human resources from two perspectives of self-leadership theroy and organizational performance was discussed in this paper. Furthermore, hypothesis testing was taken on the internal mechanism of performance output. The relationship between self-leadership and firm performance was verified by dispatching questionnaire to the senior management of intelligent transportation enterprises and - analyzed using factor analysis and structural equation model score. At last,the corresponding conclusion and significance were put forward.
