摘要

Being open, fair and just is the reflection of matured listing corporation, and problem on fair disclosure is an important issue researched by listing corporation. Firstly, staring with fair information disclosure, this paper attempts to find out the agents of implementation of fair information disclosure and resistances of obstruction of fair information disclosure. Then, according to unfair phenomenon of information disclosure of Chinese listing corporations, the selective disclosure and inside information spreading, etc are regarded as the entry point, while medium and small investors interest is considered as the purpose. In addition, relevant rules on foreign fair disclosure are used for reference, some beneficial suggestions may then be proposed for improvement of information disclosure of listing corporations, which strengthens the security market regulation system, promotes supervision level and improves efficiency of investment.
