By far, Chinese economy, science and technology as well as cultural education have rapidly developed. However, teenagers’ physical health conditions are not going well. Therefore, Chinese government attaches importance to teenagers’ physical health problem, propels teenagers to take physical exercises through lots of system policies, and strengthening sports examination system execution is one of them. The paper selects Beijing, Shandong province, Hubei province the three provinces and cities as research objects, utilizes fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze targeted at the three provinces and cities’ sports examination system execution. It goes deeper into exploring the highest sports examination system execution province and city from necessity of students thoughts about college entrance examination adding sports examination , students’ understanding level on college entrance examination adding sports examination, students’ thought of college entrance examination adding sports examination impacts on physical quality, students’ emphasis on daily exercising due to college entrance examination adding sports examination, students’ attention to final performance in college entrance examination with additional sports examination as well as parents’ thoughts of necessity of college entrance examination adding sports examination these six aspects , research results show that Beijing is the optimal city.
