PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for entrance examination operation processing which can increase an on-line application rate low before because of restrictions of terminal equipments that examinees have by expanding kinds of usable terminal equipment, keeping the quality of face images constant, and make the entrance examination operation processing efficient and a method for entrance examination operation processing which uses the system.;SOLUTION: This system has application terminal devices each equipped with a character data input means, a local terminal device equipped with a person image photographing device connecting means, a local database registering means, a host database registering means, an examinee data display means, and a storage means, a person image photographing device equipped with a face photograph data storage means connected to the local terminal device, and a central processor equipped with an examination admission ticket generating means, a host database generating means, an ID generating means, and a storage means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
