ObjectiveThe aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of transvaginal power Doppler sonography with spectral Doppler analysis as an aid in preoperatively distinguishing primary ovarian carcinoma and metastatic carcinoma to the ovary (Krukenberg tumors).
