Special Issue of the Materials of the 6SUPth/SUP International Congress on Energy Fluxes and Radiation Effects (Tomsk, Russia, 2018) Dmitry Sorokin and Maxim Vorobyov Institute of High-Current Electronics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, 2/3, Akademichesky Avenue, Tomsk, Russia SDmA-70@loi.hcei.tsc.ru The present issue of the journal is based on the materials of the 6SUPth/SUP International Congress on Energy Fluxes and Radiation Effects 2018 (EFRE 2018) that was held on September 16 to 22, 2018 in Tomsk (Russia). The Congress is a great scientific event, which joints several international scientific conferences. Since 2000, it traditionally included three conferences (International Symposium on High-Current Electronics, International Conference on Modification of Materials with Particle Beams and Plasma Flows, International Conference on Radiation Physics and Chemistry of Condensed Matter), but in 2018, under the auspices of the Congress, another event began to be held – International Conference on New Materials and High Technologies.
