The computer personalized learning systems can play a key role in improving e-learningeffectiveness. Those systems can adapt to the psychological characteristics of learners in e-learning. One ofthe key components of computer personalized learning systems is the psycho-diagnostic subsystem. Thepaper aimed at building psycho-diagnostic subsystem for measuring the learner cognitive properties and tomanage the learning process.
