Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is an important human onco- genic virus and closely related to the pathogenesis of dif- fuse large B-cell lymphoma. 1 This is, to our knowledge, of EBV infection on DLBCL, based on a prospective clin- ical trial (NHL-001, NCT01852435). Meanwhile, genomic and transcriptomic features of EBV+DLBCL were fur- ther investigated by whole exome/genome sequencing (WES/WGS), targeted-, and RNA-sequencing.
