摘要

With the construction of groundwater extrac-tion and urban infrastructure, ground subsidence has emerged one after another, threatening economic property and life safety, and has become a major fac-tor restricting urban development. Short baseline in-terferometry(Small Baseline Subset, SBAS-InSAR)can overcome spatio-temporal decoherence and at-mospheric effects. It has long-term, high-precision monitoring of small surface deformations and is widely used in urban land subsidence monitoring. This paper takes Xi'an city as the research object, uses SBAS-InSAR technology to monitor land sub-sidence,applies SARscape software to analyze the average land subsidence rate and accumulated sub-sidence under the time series of urban locations, and verifies the accuracy of SBAS-InSAR technology through field monitoring points. The results show that most areas of Xi'an are in a relatively stable state, and the settlement areas are concentrated in the souther Yuhuazhai, Electronic City, Sanai Station and Fengwuyuan Station. Groundwater mining, in-frastructure construction and population density are the main driving factors for land subsidence in Xi'an. The research results can provide a reference for the prevention and control of land subsidence disasters in Xi'an.
