On May 4, PRX celebrated an important milestone—ten years since it opened forsubmissions. The journal’s editorial team has a full lineup of activities this year to acknowledgethe anniversary. We’re excited to share these plans and to also reflect on how the journal got hereand celebrate what it has accomplished.Although only ten years old, PRX has achieved a unique place and role amongphysics publications as a “small journal for big papers.” The aim of the journal is to publishpapers that have the potential to deeply influence current and future research and to have a longlasting and profound impact in their relevant fields. The review process involves a highlypersonalized dialogue among editors, referees, and authors. The editors pose specific—andfrequently tough—questions to the referees, asking them to think deeply. The authors need to beopen to significant changes in their presentation. These exchanges are insightful for all and leadto a better paper in the end.
