Although it is early days, we are pleased with progress and excited by the potential power of working in true partnership with the businesses to deliver learning interventions that make a real difference. In our industry, there is a real need for consistency in approach and outcomes and we believe the Academy will deliver this. We hope to share a second article with you in 18-24 months to outline the business results that have been delivered and reflect on any changes to the overall model and framework during that period.
