QHow did you first get into the district energy business? Joe Brillhart: Working for York, I gravitated to the large equipment side of the business. At the time, this included both process refrigeration and large comfort cooling plants. In 1973,1 believe, one of my early mentors took me to visit the Capitol (Architect of the Capitol) Power Plant, the Pentagon Power Plant and the National Bureau of Standards Power Plant.
