Ellis Patents was the big winner at the York Press Business Awards 2017, winning the Business Innovation of the Year award and being named The Press Business of the Year. The Rillington-based cable cleat manufacturer won the business innovation award for its No Bolts cleat, which was designed to alleviate a fixing problem that was causing Network Rail severe health and safety concerns.
