摘要

Due to stochastic properties of immunity test results against electrical transients major problems are their evaluation in respect to the immunity of the equipment under test (EUT) in a prospected environment. Employing stochastic system theory this paper provides a comprehensive statistical model for assessing an EUT's immunity in an electromagnetic environment, i.e. to compute probability of malfunctions as well as associated costs.
