T-Mobile and Vodafone have reportedly filed legal complaints against the Czech regulator CTU over the conditions of the upcoming 5G auction for spectrum in the 700MHz and 3.4-3.6GHz bands. The two operators' legal challenges follow O2 Czech Republic's own complaint previously filed with the European Commission. The operators' legal actions increase the risk of the auction suffering a delay, with the award of 5G spectrum having already been postponed several times in the Czech Republic.
