2011 AUG 31 - (VerticalNews.com) -- According to the authors of a study fromrnSingapore, Singapore, "The approach of thinking about systems as a whole with the explicitrnconsideration of complex interactions between its constituents is the key conceptual frameworkrnunderlying systems thinking. Such an approach is particularly useful for unraveling the dynamicrninteractions that confounds present-day maritime systems. this work, we propose the DIVERrnsystems inquiry framework as a logical and platform to guide the systems thinking process inrnelucidating the maritime dynamics."
