摘要

The research results show that the inflation has a significant influence on commercial housing price fluctuations, and it accords with the recent fluctuations in the price of commercial housing in our country. At the same time, the commercial housing price fluctuations has strong correlation with inflation, and rising inflation will further push the housing price up. In this paper, we analyze the definition of inflation, its cause and how it performs , aiming to reveal the effects of it on commercial housing prices, to put forward countermeasures and measures which can curb housing prices, promote the development of the industry benign, and alleviate residents housing problem.
