摘要

The rapid development of science, technology and especially the popularity of information technology in the 21st century have exerted a great influence on our life and work, and also deeply influenced the educational thoughts, modes, contents, methods and reform. With the coming of information age and the implementation of educational information tools, it is highly necessary for us college and university teachers to master information technology. This paper expounds the necessity that teachers should possess information literacy, probes into the connotation of teachers' information literacy and puts forward the ways of improving teachers' information literacy.
