A federal appeals court dismissed a case against two wind energy projects planned for eastern Wyoming, saying a private landowners group had failed to establish standing to challenge the projects (N. Laramie Range Alliance v. FERC, 2013 BL 290897, 10th Cir., No. 12-9567, 10/22/13). In an Oct. 22 decision, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit dismissed a petition filed by the Northern Laramie Range Alliance seeking review of a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission decision regarding the projects proposed by Wasatch Wind of Park City, Utah.
