Commission Decision 2007/51/EC of 18 February 2004 on State aid C27/2001 (ex NN 2/2001) concerns the implementation in France of a programme to control pollution of agricultural origin (PMPOA) during the period 1994 to 2000. The State aid scheme put into effect by France to finance investments by farmers under the programme to control pollution of agricultural origin (PMPOA) from 1994 to 2000 is compatible with the common market under Art. 87(3)(c) of the Treaty.
