摘要

Forced imbibition experiments were performed in micro-models, in which the saturation and local fluid pressures were measured. The measurements of the fluid pressures are new. The difference between micro-models was mainly one of topology, with the coordination number varying from 3 to 5. The model with coordination number 5 had a non-planar topology. The experiments were performed at different displacement rates, to study both capillary and viscous pressures during imbibition. The technique to measure fluid pressures allows one to judge directly whether viscous effects are important.
