Le transporteur qui a égaré un lot de marchandises et ne peut réfuter son dol ou celui de ses préposés, est responsable, de manière illimitée, des dommages occasionnés, conformément à l'article 29 CMR.%The carrier who has lost a consignment of goods and fails to rebut the presumption of wilful misconduct on his part or that of his agents, has, in accordance with CMR Art. 29, unlimited liability for the damage caused.
