The ACMA has launched its Cybersmart website to provide a range or resources to protect young people from the perils of the Internet and billed as "an important initiative under the Australian Government's Cybersmart education programme." The site is designed to serve as a single access point for cybersafety advice across a range of target audiences: children, parents, libraries and schools. The ACMA says it "includes comprehensive and practical advice for parents, interactive learning activities for children and information about safe social networking for teens."
