Samsung hI of South Korea has recently taken orders for a total of 10 tankers from three separate shipowners. Unisea Shipping of Greece has contracted three Aframax vesselsfor delivery between 3Q11 and 1Q12. Fellow Greek owner Kyklades Maritime Corp has contracted six ships of the same class. These 115,000d wt ships are due for delivery between September 2011 and August 2012. Meanwhile,Stena Bulkof Sweden has added one further Suezmax vessel to an existing six-vessel order.This latest 158,700dwt ship is due for delivery in 4Q12.
