Last month was an important milestone for Portuguese ports, and especially for the technologically advanced Lisbon port authority, for two reasons: the port hosted an EU Maritime Single Window summit to facilitate industry discussion; and it presented to journalists its accomplishments so far on this challenging trade facilitation concept.
