Andrew Gray has been appointed a partner at the Singapore office of international law firm Hill Dickinson. A former Royal Navy officer, Gray has spent eight years of his legal career in Asia. Besides Admiralty work, he has gained certification to work in the offshore sector, providing him with unrestricted access to most platforms and offshore installations worldwide.
