Until May this year, Poland's OT Logistics was known as Odratrans, the country's largest river shipping company. The name change represented a dynamically different course of direction, with the Szczecin-based firm keen to expand into new maritime and logistics territories. This became evident in October when the company acquired the 46% stake of German-based DB Schenker Rail Polska in the northwest port of Swinoujscie, making OT Logistics the majority shareholder with a 92% holding.
