"Prediction is very difficult, especially about the future," said Danish physicist Niels Bohr, who knew a lot about complementarity and uncertainty principles. During the last few years of the bubble in markets and their subsequent bursting, it was not so much prediction itself that was difficult, it was accurate prediction that was the problem.
