Cardiff-based owner Craig Shipping has appointed Philip Atkinson as technical director. Previously a technical superintendent with Craig, the former seafaring engineer will help ensure the smooth running of the company's newbuilding programme and provide technical support into post-delivery activities, including ship management and consultancy services.
