Jinse Shipbuilding in South Korea might seek court protection after thefailure of a debt restructuring programme. Differences between main creditors Kookmin Bankand three insurance companies that provide refund guarantees are said to have stymied efforts to place the shipbuilder under a creditor watch programme thatwould have still provided some financial support to the ailing yard. Jinse has 23 ships on ordervalued at $750M.rnABEKING & Rasmussen of Germany has won a contract for a new pilot stationing tender and three new pilot cutters from the Belgian government. The 60m long stationing tender and the 25m long pilot vessels are due for delivery in 201 land 2012.The contract was signed by Flemish regional prime minister Kris Peeters in Brussels.
