Russia's state-owned crude oil pipeline company Transneft will commence loading oil tankers at Kozmino, the newest Russian oil port to be launched, as soon as December.rnWith eventual capacity to load and ship 50M tonnes/year (1M bpd), Kozmino is to be one of the largest oil outlets opening on to the Asian and Pacific market.
