Norway's shipping community was targeted at a recent seminar held in Oslo with the aim of attracting vessels to the British flag following the UK government's decision to introduce a tonnage tax system. The seminar attracted 45 delegates, mainly "significant players in Norwegian shipping," says Jonathan Kellettt, international shipping partner of Jonathan Kellettt at Watson, Faley & Williams (WFW), the international law firm.
