Meritor Inc. said it has extended the aftermarket warranty on Meritor Permalube (RPL) and Meritor XTended Lube (MXL) drivelines from the industry standard of one year to two years for driveline purchases made after Feb.1, 2012."This is another first for these highly successful aftermarket drivelines," said Doug Ringer, product manager, Drivelines, Meritor Aftermarket. "The RPL driveline by Meritor was the first and only commercially available, permanently lubricated driveline in North America, and the MXL driveline is the first and only 10-Series compatible driveline with 100,000-mi. lubrication intervals."
