Anderson & Vreeland has been involved with FTA's Flexographic Image Reproduction Specifications & Tolerances (FIRST) program since the beginning. And the company's policy of training all its employees has been paying dividends. Here, A&V's Business Director/East Regional Manager Bill Bower, Technologies Specialist Alix Guyot, Technologies Manager Jessica Harrell, Executive Vice President Darin Lyon and Digital Business Manager Lee Zerfass expand on the company's use of FIRST and the benefits it has seen. Their remarks are specific to the Implementation Specialist Certification, designed for educating suppliers and non production management and support staff.
