The terminal forecast (TAF) called for fog lifting to VFR conditions at 169 (Clermont Airport in Ohio) by 1500Z, which was 10 a.m. local at the time. In Maryland, the ground was snow covered and some fog was forecast but none existed. I looked at the ADDS icing product and it gave the route a dean bill of health at all altitudes. Everything looked good to go.
