This year's RAF Cosford Airshow on June 9 was blessed by good weather and an impressive participation list. Crowds converged on the Shropshire airfield in huge numbers to support the event, which included appearances from the RAF Red Arrows and Avro Vulcan XH558. Peter Teichman flew his North Weald-based Supermarine Spitfire PR.XI PL965. "It was a sunny, picture perfect day, and I had a wonderful time displaying this fine old lady, just 69 years young and a unique example of the mark," he said.
